raiseit.dev (“we”, “us”) provides AI-native bug intake, triage, and routing for software teams. This policy describes how we handle personal and technical data when you visit our website or use our product.
What we collect
Website visitors. When you browse raiseit.dev, we may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) and analytics data via Google Analytics to understand site usage.
Demo requests. If you submit the demo form, we collect the name, email, company, and message you provide.
Product captures. When a workspace uses raiseit.dev to report bugs, captures may include screen recordings, DOM snapshots, network requests, console output, and metadata about the reporter’s session. Known secrets and PII patterns are redacted at the point of capture.
How we use data
- To respond to demo requests and provide customer support
- To operate, secure, and improve the raiseit.dev product
- To triage and route issues within your configured workflows
- To analyze aggregated, anonymized usage trends
Data storage & security
Captures are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Workspace data is isolated by tenant and access-scoped by role. Customers may pin data to a specific region and configure retention windows.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with subprocessors needed to operate the service (e.g. cloud hosting), when required by law, or as directed by your organization’s workspace configuration (e.g. routing to Slack, Linear, or Jira).
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data. Workspace administrators can purge captures on demand. Contact us at dhiraj@raiseit.dev for requests.
