Service description
raiseit.dev provides software for capturing bug reports with full technical context, AI-assisted triage, and automated routing to team workflows. Features, integrations, and availability may change as the product evolves.
Accounts & acceptable use
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account or requesting a demo.
- You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for configuring access controls appropriately.
- You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
- You must have authorization to capture and submit data from applications and environments you connect.
Customer data
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant raiseit.dev a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI triage and routing suggestions are assistive — your team remains responsible for final classification and resolution decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, raiseit.dev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
